on the 3rd - we decided to go walk around town at the harvest festival-but first, we went to pick up Eric(who had gone to the Island for the Civil War "River thru Time") -but, since we were mixed up on our days, and that didn't start until Saturday, we found Eric by the river - catching Crawdads(crayfish). Well, this ended up being the main adventure of the day! The kids were fascinated(and Eric has been back two more times!) So, of course here's some photos:

You guys are so good at doing things like this-I never made it to the island to let the boys catch frogs. Darn it! They would probably freak out if they saw a crawdad!
